- Andy was a 2001 graduate of J.E.B. Stuart High School in the Seven Corners section of Fairfax County and stood out in basketball and football. He was among the county's basketball scoring leaders in his senior year, with an average of 14.7 points over 19 games. After high school, Anderson tried a year of college then joined the Army, as his father, a general contractor, had done before him. He is survived by his parents, his twin brothers and grandmother among others. He was 24.
