Arms, 20, of Charlottesville, Va.; assigned to the 4th Combat Engineer Battalion, 4th Marine Division, Marine Corps Reserve, Baltimore; killed Nov. 19 by enemy action in Anbar province, Iraq. Bradley was happy to take a break from his studies at the University of Georgia to serve in Iraq. "He didn't say it was going to ruin his college experience. He said, 'This is what I signed up for, and I'm excited to have a chance to do it," He was in a Marine reserve unit headquartered in Baltimore. The Rev. Thomas Foley, chaplain at Bradley's high school, described Arms as the type of man "you'd feel very confident and safe with if he were dating your daughter." "How fitting that with his caliber of character, he would go and serve his country," He is survived by his parents, Bob and Betty Arms.
