Toy Sr., 24, of Eastville, Va.; was assigned to the 2nd Battalion, 17th Field Artillery Regiment, 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 2nd Infantry Division, Camp Hovey, Korea; killed April 16 while conducting combat operations in Ramadi, Iraq. He is survived by his wife, Dominique, his parents, Michael and Patricia, and two children, Tromaine and Arian.
