- Construction man Trevor J. Stanley, 22, of Virginia Beach, Va., died April 7 while deployed to Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti. Stanley, a Seabee, was assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 3, homeported in Port Hueneme, Calif. Seaman Stanley was born to Brouquet Hill and Simon Stanley. Trevor loved serving in the Navy and helping people around the world. His spirit could lift your own and his smile could light up the room.
